Use your hands to cover your eyes and your thumbs to close off your ears. Breathe through your nostrils and, keeping your lips closed, make a humming sound as you breathe out. Fills your head with wonderful sound and it can feel as though you’re getting a massage from the inside! It’s very calming when emotions are running high and some clients report relief from sinus congestion and headache.
