The great Restorative – Legs up the Wall
So simple – but a few minutes of pure relief when you’re tired and need a boost. (NB Not recommended if you should avoid inversions because of eye, heart or neck problems or if you are pregnant). You can use blankets and pillows to add to your comfort, but simply bring your buttocks as close to the wall as possible and reach your legs up the wall. Let your arms roll away from your body, or rest your hands on your belly and simply take some time. To come down, bend your knees over your tummy, roll on to your side and pause before getting up slowly, feeling calmer and refreshed.
