Seated Chair Twist
Here's one you can do at your desk. Make sure your feet are flat on a surface (those of you with shorter legs like me need to use blocks or books for that) and sit long and tall before you rotate. Without the length in the spine there's no room to effect a good rotation. Stay in the final position for a few minutes, gently deepening the rotation on the exhale by using the sides of the chair as a lever. To unwind, release your grip slowly, reach up once more and return to the start position. Take a gentle forward bend before rotating the other side.
