Find your Feet
Our feet are our connection to the ground (sounds obvious) but we insulate ourselves from this contact with footwear most of the time. Take some time this week to stand barefoot on the grass and feel the connection to the earth. Close your eyes, and be aware of what you can feel through every part of each foot, be aware of the sounds around you and the smell, taste and feel of the air. You will feel refreshed and more connected to your world and yourself. I'd love to hear where you stood, and how it felt? And, who knows, maybe I'll meet you on a barefoot walk one day!
